Gather at SolFlo Life for an intimate dinner or lunch designed to nourish body, mind, and connection. Whether a brunch with friends or an evening celebration, these private gatherings for 4–12 guests focus on plant-based food, mocktails, and presence. The experience begins with herbal teas, a sanctuary tour, and a warm welcome.
Guests then circle to ground, set intentions, and find presence. A vibrant, hand-plated plant-based meal follows on a nature-inspired tablescape, encouraging slow, mindful eating in a sacred space.
Afterward, guests relax in the Energy Room to rest and digest with Frequency Therapy. This includes a short guided meditation, soothing sounds, scalar energy, and light frequencies for complete relaxation. The session concludes with tea, reflection, and smiles — hearts full, spirits lifted, and connections strengthened.

I’ll be on-site to open the door, welcome your guests, and make sure everything flows with ease — so you can focus on what you do best.
