This session includes Frequency Therapy and a gentle waterfall cleanse for your mind, emotions, physical body, energy body, and spirit. This is an incredible stress relief and deep relaxation experience that allows you to journey inward and feel nurtured by the high vibrations in our sacred space. Use our Energy Room for a Digital + In-person Guided Meditation, Breathwork, Aromatherapy, and Sound therapy session during this 90 minute experience. This sensory experience is created with intention based on themes that help raise your frequency based on using our body and natural rhythms to optimize your overall well-being.
Upon arrival, spend 15 minutes getting settled with your choice of seating, filling up your frequency charged H2O, and touring the space with warm tea.
You'll then experience a combination of sound + breathwork + visualization intended to help calm the nervous system and allow you to release what's no longer serving you and step into your highest frequency.
You’ll spend 75 minutes in the Energy Room enjoying and basking in EES frequencies attuned specifically to the theme of the event, medicinal formulations of nature frequencies, light, sound, color, aromatherapy, and breath will immerse you into a peaceful dreamland. Relax + get cozy with our eye masks, blankets, and pillows on your choice of seating on our Vibracoustic Sound Lounge or Essentia Quartz-Filled beds.

THE NEW HAPPY HOUR! Spend 90 minutes in the Energy Room EVERY MONTH on a WEDNESDAY from 5:30 PM to 7 PM to decompress and fill up with a nutritious + medicinal Herbal Mocktail! This is a 1.5 hour experience created with intention based on themes that help raise your frequency based on using our body and natural rhythms paired with aromatherapy, light, sound and color to optimize your overall well-being. Grab your friends and head to SolFlo life for the NEW happy hour - where you connect to yourself and others and raise the vibration and frequency of our community.
Upon arrival, please take 30 minutes to get settled, choose your seating, fill up your frequency-charged H2O, and enjoy a nutritious wellness elixir or mocktail hand-crafted by Tami, the creator of SolFlo Life, and mingle with like-minded peeps!
You’ll decompress + unwind as you spend 1 hour in the Energy Room along with Digital Sound Therapy, enjoying and basking in EES frequencies attuned specifically to the theme of the event, a combination of light, sound, aromatherapy, and a relaxing choice of seating on our Vibracoustic Sound Lounge or Essentia Quartz-Filled beds.
After meditation enjoy the space to connect with others, share your experience, journal, or explore the space before bringing the frequency back into your everyday life.

You will bask in custom LOVE frequency settings via the EEystem and Listen to Love frequency binaural beats.

This overnight adventure will flow gracefully with clearing and intention setting for our group, herbal tea party, a plant-based dinner, vibro acoustic sound lounges, DIY facial stations, a cleanse of choice (sauna, foot detox, soaking tub), a beautiful AM rise and shine ritual, herbal mocktails and elixirs, and plant-based breakfast goodies. Let’s set the intention to raise our consciousness, take good care of ourselves individually and collectively, and gather to ultimately send our love and light out to the world as a means to heal on a global level.
